We are seeking an established Community Liaison to serve as the connection between our home health agency and the community. This role focuses on understanding community needs, promoting agency programs, and building strong relationships with healthcare partners, customers, and local organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as the primary liaison between the agency and community partners.
- Promote home health programs and services in alignment with agency standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal marketing-related regulations.
- Collaborate with administrative and clinical teams to support patient and family care.
- Establish and maintain relationships with physicians, facilities, and community agencies.
- Support public relations initiatives to expand awareness of agency services.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate of an accredited college or university; preferred.
- Experience in the healthcare field; required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with staff, the public, community partners, and governing bodies.
- Establish referral sources and proven ability to meet performance goals.
WORKING CONDITIONS
