We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Licensed Physical Therapist.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide physical therapy services as directed by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Educate patients and caregivers.
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree from an accredited PTA program.
- Current PTA license.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Care provided in patient homes under varying conditions.
- Requires local travel and ability to work a flexible schedule.
- May involve prolonged standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
